To obtain the amount of your part-time contribution, you have to divide
the full-time contribution by 6 and to multiply the result by the number
of days of participation (discount for less than 6 days of participation)

The contribution "with Food & Lodging" includes:
- Lodging in room from 3 to 12 beds, (1 or 2 beds if supplement)
- meals as from the evening of July 29 until the morning of August
5 2001
- all elements of the program except the excursions.
The contribution "without Food & Lodging"
includes:
- site in the camp-site close to the inn of youth
- all elements of the program except the excursions.
In both cases, your contribution does not include any insurance.
Prepayment, canceling and transfer:
Prepayment is 50 Euros for the countries from categories A and B,

Euros for the countries of category C and Cx, or the full fee if lower.
Only the complete and individual inscriptions (not grouped) will be considered.
Those which have problems to pay can mention it at the end of this form.
Canceling is possible until June 30th, 2001. Until this date, you will
be able to receive your contribution minus the prepayment and the administrative
expenses.
It is possible to transfer your inscription to another person who will
have to present a certificate of you.
